Print orders cannot be cancelled. Since the minute the order is placed, our work begins. Fourth & Ink could make an exception if the order has not yet been printed. However, if it has been printed, there will be no exceptions to this rule.
If our production process produces visible errors, such as faded ink, ghosting, incorrect perforations or form alignment, we will reprint the order. In the event of an order being re-printed for any of the above-mentioned reasons, there is no allowance for changes in copy, paper quality or item quantity.
If the error was created by the customer, which could include typographical errors, incorrect names or address, etc., Fourth & Ink will reprint any product due to your error at your expense.
In the event we make an error in the printing of your order, we will either re-print your order for free.
